  • Items must be handed back to our delivery partner or shipped to the address provided during the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as cash reimbursement or adjusted against a replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Replacements and Exchanges

7. Responsibility for Return Shipping
